In the article “Arizona’s Immigration Law — a good thing?”the author JT Coyote explains that if the Arizona Law is implemented in a correct manner then it will obligate the federal government to quickly take action as to the illegal immigration occurring in the United States. Coyote adds, that the Government is not following the Article IV section 4 part of the constitution. It says, The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion…” Consequently, Barack Obama attacks the Article IV clause and says, “We are not defined by our borders. House of Representative of California, Tom McClintock argues that the Arizona State Law is nothing like Mexico’s Immigration law. The Law will not try to keep people from coming to America but rather those who come in must come in with the purpose of assimilating into the American culture. In the end JT Coyote believes that this law will benefit America and force the government to take action against immigrants entering illegally.
